How do I sign up? An e-buyer must follow a few specific steps in order to qualify for the credit at closing.
The first step is to meet with a buyers agent who specializes in finding the right property for you, negotiating the best possible price and terms, and who will manage the transaction for a smooth close of escrow. Prior to viewing any homes, you will sign a Buyer Broker Agreement. We will provide our services to you free of charge, provide you with a credit at closing, and all we ask is for your loyalty as a buyer. If you purchase a home within 6 months from signing up for the program, you agree to use a buyers agent
Am I obligated to buy a home? No! You are never obligated to purchase… just obligated to allow us to represent you when/if you do purchase a home.
What about service? We will search for homes, update you immediately with new inventory, negotiate on your behalf, and manage the transaction to a successful close of escrow. As an
e-buyer, we will e-mail you listings that meet your requirements. We ask that you review the information, narrow down which homes you would like to see, and then we will schedule appointments based on your selections.
